SiteRecon merges the power of Amazon and Google Docs for mapping. Users can place orders to generate maps, and our advanced AI ensures efficient data delivery, forming the foundation for survey notes, operational plans, cost estimates, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality data and team training.
  • Scout and recruit top talent to build a strong, effective team.
  • Train team members on software platforms, data models, and remote sensing data sources.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and vision teams to fulfill customer commitments.
  • Conduct quality reviews to ensure geospatial and content accuracy.
  • Propose process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on GIS advancements and continually develop your expertise.
  • Mentor and guide the Cartography Team, monitor performance, and create efficiency reports.
  • Provide accurate reporting to management and other departments for seamless workflows.
  • Monitor team attendance to ensure discipline and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in GIS or a related field, with relevant certifications.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in project or team management.
  • Proven track record in managing client requirements and expectations.
  • Experience in managing multiple vendors and service partners.
  • Strong customer relations skills, with a focus on resolving implementation and operational issues.
  • Proficiency in various GIS tools and technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while prioritizing tasks effectively.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency with QGIS, ArcGIS, CAD, Global Mapper, and MS Excel.
