Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide a pod of mapping associates to ensure project goals are met.
Distribute tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are achieved while maintaining high-
quality standards.
Conduct regular check-ins with pod members to monitor progress, address issues,
and align on objectives.
Review and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the map data produced by the
pod.
Assist the Team Lead in managing daily operations and workflow optimization within
the pod.
Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, proposing and implementing
practical solutions.
Maintain clear communication with the Team Lead regarding pod performance,
challenges, and support needs.
Encourage teamwork and collaboration within the pod to achieve common goals.
Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A)
