Key Responsibilities:

• Perform spatial data analysis and interpretation
• Create thematic maps, layouts, and reports
• Digitization, geo-referencing, and data validation
• Handle satellite imagery and survey datasets
• Maintain and update GIS databases
• Conduct quality checks (QC/QA) on spatial data
• Coordinate with field teams for GPS data collection
• Support project planning using GIS tools
• Ensure project delivery within timelines

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong working knowledge of ArcGIS
• Experience with QGIS
• Basic knowledge of ERDAS Imagine or other remote sensing tools
• Experience in geo-referencing and digitization
• Knowledge of spatial databases (SQL preferred)
• Understanding of coordinate systems & projections
• Experience handling GPS data
• Basic knowledge of Python (added advantage)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in GIS / Geoinformatics / Geography / Environmental Science
• OR
• Diploma in GIS with relevant experience

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant GIS experience
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, telecom, urban planning, or environmental projects preferred
