GIS Engineer

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated GIS Engineer to join our team
• The GIS Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining geographic information systems (GIS) for our organization

Responsibilities:

• GIS Design and Development:Design, implement, and maintain GIS databases and applications to support organizational needs
• Develop and customize GIS tools and applications for spatial analysis and mapping
• Data Management:Collect, compile, and manage geographic data from various sources
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation
• Spatial Analysis:Conduct spatial analysis and modeling to derive insights and support decision-making
• Perform geospatial data analysis using GIS software and tools
• Mapping and Visualization:Create and produce maps, charts, and visualizations to effectively communicate spatial information
• Develop interactive and user-friendly mapping applications
• GIS Integration:Integrate GIS data with other systems and applications to enhance functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
• Quality Assurance:Conduct quality assurance checks on GIS data and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve GIS-related issues in a timely manner
