This is an on-site, full-time position for a Girls House Parent based in Davangere. The role involves overseeing the well-being and safety of students in the boarding house, maintaining discipline, and providing emotional support and guidance. Additional responsibilities include organizing daily routines, coordinating with school staff, ensuring adherence to house rules, and fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for students.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students and staff.
• Ability to maintain discipline, resolve conflicts, and promote positive behavior.
• Organizational and administrative skills to manage daily schedules and ensure a smooth-running boarding house.
• Empathy, patience, and a nurturing attitude to support students in their personal and academic development.
• Flexibility to manage varying responsibilities and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and safety protocols is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the education sector is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and other regional languages is desirable.
