The GH/ABC team at Fidelity ensures compliance with laws and regulations, protecting the company's integrity and fostering trust with clients and stakeholders.

The key criteria for the role of GH/ABC Senior Manager include

• Experienced GH/ABC judgement: Approximately 10-15 years relevant experience, or equivalent depth of expertise, in compliance, financial crime, legal, regulatory risk or a related control function, with strong judgement in complex gifts and hospitality and anti-bribery and corruption matters.
• Global regulatory awareness: Ability to understand, interpret and apply complex GH/ABC regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including how local rules, global standards, internal policies and business practices interact.
• Policy review and enhancement: Experience reviewing, drafting and enhancing policies, procedures, standards and guidance so they remain practical, proportionate, globally consistent and aligned to legal, regulatory and business expectations.
• Advisory excellence: Ability to provide accurate, timely, risk-based and commercially aware advice on gifts and hospitality, anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts, reputational risk and related conduct issues, including in ambiguous or judgement-based scenarios.
• Trend analysis, reporting and escalation: Strong analytical capability to identify themes, trends, outliers, emerging risks, breaches and control issues from GH/ABC activity and translate these into clear, accurate and insightful reporting that explains the so what for senior management.
• Systems oversight and MI: Experience maintaining or overseeing a gifts and hospitality recording system, including data quality, workflow effectiveness, control operation, user experience, management information, dashboards, reporting outputs and issue escalation.
• Senior stakeholder engagement and training: Ability to build trusted global relationships, advise and challenge senior stakeholders, deliver effective training and communications, and explain complex GH/ABC requirements in a clear, pragmatic and business-focused way while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
