Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• CPC-certified coder (mandatory)
• Proven experience in surgery coding
• Prior experience in coding audits with a keen eye for identifying coding errors
• Experience handling a team of 45 members
• Work-from-office role

Responsibilities:

• Provide coding-related support and clarifications to the Charge Entry team
• Responsible for coding, auditing, and training the team
