About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled GhostDraft Hub Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in document automation and dynamic template development. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement customer communication solutions using the GhostDraft platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain document templates using GhostDraft Hub
- Work with XML, JSON, and business logic to automate the generation of dynamic content
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to gather and understand requirements
- Design data integration and mapping strategies with backend systems
- Implement rule-based logic, layout formatting, and workflow automation
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and documentation of all development work
- Participate in peer reviews and maintain best practices in version control and deployment
- Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot issues with templates or document output
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 46 years of professional experience in document automation, preferably with GhostDraft Hub
- Proficiency in XML, JSON, and XSLT
- Experience working with business rule engines and data mapping
- Strong understanding of customer communication management (CCM) systems
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience in industries like insurance, banking, or legal where document automation is crucial
- Exposure to platforms like SmartCOMM, Quadient Inspire, or OpenText Exstream
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Experience in Agile environments and sprint-based delivery
