Key Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and execute the multi-year global product roadmap and portfolio strategy for HMI (and Intelslot communication card) offerings.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial concept and definition through global launch, market expansion, and eventual end-of-life (EOL).
  • Monitor global market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities and differentiate our portfolio.
  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from external customers and internal stakeholders, including sales, service, and regional teams.
  • Translate these market insights into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and high-value user stories for the engineering teams.
  • Align development paces and launch timelines with cross-functional global teams across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and services.
  • Establish and maintain robust, transparent communication channels across global regions to ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on product updates and strategic goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in product management, offering management, or technical marketing and overall 8+ year exp within the industrial automation, hardware, or critical infrastructure industries.
  • Strong familiarity with HMI technologies and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, or related network interfaces.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science) or a related technical field, with an MBA or equivalent business experience considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across different time zones, cultures, and matrixed global organizations.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to turn complex, ambiguous market data into actionable business cases.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a demonstrated knack for influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
