The Company

My client is a high growth e-commerce business operating across international markets. With rapid scaling underway, they are looking to hire a highly driven FP&A Manager to grow with the business and play a meaningful role in its next phase of expansion.

Requirements

. More than 10 years of FP&A experience

. Hands-on, strong Excel and financial modelling skills

. Experience in managing large datasets, comfortable working with ambiguities and has an ability to work in a fast paced, lean and unstructured environment

. Hands-on, excellent Excel and financial modelling skills

. Highly driven, resourceful, detailed, able to build things from scratch and drive improvements

. Problem-solver and goal-oriented, thrives in challenging environment

Job Scope

You will be responsible for end-to-end of the planning cycle including annual operating plan, rolling forecast, and long-range plan, managing timelines, templates, stakeholder coordination, and consolidation through to the final numbers presented to the CFO. You will own the integrity and architecture of the company's financial model across revenue, margins, operating costs, cash flow, and balance sheet, and take accountability for the KPI framework that tracks business performance, spots trends early, and translates them into actionable insights for leadership.

You will support in forecast, running quarterly business reviews, and pressure-testing investment cases with rigour. You will produce monthly management decks and board materials, and present directly to the CFO and senior executive team. The role also encompasses strategic analysis such as pricing studies, go to market models, and deep dives, as well as driving continuous improvement in the planning process and reporting infrastructure to build a scalable finance function.
