Job Description

  • Manage and oversee fund operations within the property sector.
  • Develop and implement investment strategies for Real Estate Investment Trusts.
  • Analyse market trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise portfolio performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in the structuring and execution of transactions.
  • Monitor and manage fund performance against set benchmarks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GFM - Fund Management should have:

  • Educational background in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in fund management and property investments.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Investment Trusts and market dynamics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
