Job Description-Graduate Engineer Trainee
Goal of the Position- Support different technical teams by working on projects from different
business units
Responsibilities
Technical support to the sales division, in relation to questions on sold parts, in order to
maximize customer satisfaction.
Manage and keep up to date of all sorts of technical documentation of a selected forklift brand
or product range in the database. This happens in close cooperation with colleagues in order
to have the most extensive dataset.
Detecting and completing technical data for spare parts in the TVH sales application in order to always have access to the most up-to-date set of technical information.
Adding on of new data and amending existing data within the search engine (My Parts Finder) , to allow customers access to an up-to-date online search engine.
Being responsible for transforming technical data out of all kinds of data sources. This in a specific way so the data can be used in the TVH system.
Being responsible to work on different projects received from our different business units.
Desired Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor of Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering with 60% aggregate marks
