GET – Industrial Engineering
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting industrial engineering activities, including time studies, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
Your Job
Conduct time studies to analyze workflows, measure cycle times, and identify process inefficiencies; support implementation of MTM, Ticon, and ergonomics practices Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen/CIP) initiatives by identifying process gaps, reducing waste, and improving productivity and efficiency Prepare and maintain MIS reports, analyze operational data, and generate actionable insights for performance tracking and decision-making Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements for cycle time reduction and cost optimization Support standardization of processes through SOP creation and ensure adherence to industrial engineering best practices Work on productivity improvement projects including line balancing, manpower optimization, and layout enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance) to ensure smooth execution of improvement initiatives
Our Requirements
0-1 Years experience in Industrial Engineering with a bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial or Productional EngineeringStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvementsGood communication skills with fluency in English and ability to collaborate with teamsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentationsBasic knowledge of Power BI with understanding of dashboards; hands-on experience is an added advantage.
