Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Germany Counsellor located in Delhi, India. The Germany Counsellor will assist students in understanding and navigating the educational opportunities available in Germany. This includes providing guidance on university applications, admission processes, visa requirements, and preparatory resources. Additional responsibilities involve responding to inquiries, organizing student orientations, maintaining client records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support for students.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in research and documentation
• Knowledge of Germany's education system, universities, and visa processes
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the education consultancy field is an advantage but not mandatory
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline; education or international studies-related fields preferred
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
