Job Responsibilities

Handle German-speaking customers and understand their holiday and travel requirements.
Suggest and customize suitable holiday packages based on customer preferences.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into bookings.
Provide accurate information about destinations, packages, itineraries, hotels, and travel services.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth booking experience.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

Proficiency in German and English communication.
Experience in holiday packages, travel sales, international travel, or customer handling will be preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of international destinations and travel requirements.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle queries professionally.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
