Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to flight bookings, fares, schedules, and travel requirements.
Communicate with German-speaking customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flight options.
Handle flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and related queries.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
Provide accurate information regarding fares, baggage, policies, and travel details.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a smooth booking experience.
Follow up with potential customers and work towards improving sales conversions.

Requirements

Good communication skills in German and English .
Knowledge of international flight booking and travel processes.
Previous experience in flight sales, travel sales, airline, or travel agency will be preferred.
Strong sales and convincing skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of GDS/flight booking systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
Candidates should have good knowledge of international markets and travel destinations .
