About the Opportunity
We are looking for a German-speaking Recruiter based in India to support recruitment activities for Germany-focused hiring projects.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience, strong German communication skills, and the ability to identify, engage, and screen German-speaking candidates through online sourcing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for Germany-focused roles using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other recruitment channels.
- Identify and engage qualified German-speaking candidates through direct outreach and recruitment campaigns.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on role requirements.
- Communicate with candidates in German and English throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, screening notes, and recruitment pipeline updates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a relevant candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Research German job markets, candidate availability, and relevant sourcing channels.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT, technical, professional, or international recruitment.
- Strong German language proficiency, preferably B2/C1 or above.
- Good English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, or similar sourcing tools.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting candidates for Germany or the DACH region.
- Experience working with German-speaking candidates.
- Experience with contract, freelance, or project-based recruitment.
- Familiarity with German job boards and recruitment platforms.
