About the Role
We're looking for a fluent German speaker to join our outbound calling team, engaging prospects and customers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You'll be the first voice of our brand for German-speaking markets — building relationships, qualifying leads, and driving conversions through phone-based outreach.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in German
- Explain products/services clearly and handle objections confidently
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
- Follow up on inbound enquiries and nurture warm leads
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records after every interaction
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion KPIs
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align messaging
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German — spoken and written (B2 minimum; C1/C2 preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
- Confident communicator with a persuasive, friendly phone manner
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of the DACH market or European business culture is a plus
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in B2B or SaaS sales
- Basic English proficiency for internal communication
- Experience working in for European time zones
