Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated German Language Trainer to join our team in India. This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about teaching and have a strong command of the German language.
Responsibilities
- Conduct language training sessions for individuals and groups.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance learning.
- Assist in the development of course materials and curriculum.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in German (C1 or C2 level preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with teaching methodologies and language acquisition techniques.
- Ability to design and implement effective lesson plans.
- Proficiency in using technology and online teaching tools.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity towards German-speaking countries.
