German Language Trainer

German Language Trainer | Taldo Careers | Pune

We're hiring a German Language Trainer to prepare Indian nursing professionals for placements in Germany.

At Taldo, we help healthcare workers move to Germany. Language training is the backbone of that journey. We need someone who can take candidates from zero to B2, keep them motivated through a demanding curriculum, and understand the healthcare context well enough to make the learning feel real.

What you'll do:

• Conduct A1 to B2 German language classes (group and one-on-one)
• Tailor instruction for nursing candidates, including medical and clinical vocabulary
• Track progress and flag candidates who need extra support
• Coordinate with our counselling team on batch schedules and assessments

What we're looking for:

• B2 or higher in German (C1/C2 preferred)
• Prior teaching or training experience; healthcare sector exposure is a plus
• Reliable, structured, and able to hold a class that actually wants to show up
• Based in Pune or willing to relocate
