We are looking for a German Language Trainer to support the development and optimization of conversational AI models on Scry AI's Auriga platform. This role will focus on improving German language understanding, training datasets, and ensuring high-quality interactions for AI-driven customer engagement solutions.

Role Overview

As a German Language Trainer for the Auriga Platform at Scry AI, you will work closely with AI engineers, linguists, and product teams to train and refine German-language conversational models. You will contribute to improving language accuracy, contextual understanding, and conversational quality within AI-powered systems.

This role is ideal for someone with strong German language proficiency who is interested in working at the intersection of linguistics and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Language Training & AI Model Support

• Train and refine German language datasets for conversational AI models on the Auriga platform
• Review AI-generated responses and improve language accuracy, tone, and contextual relevance
• Develop and validate conversational flows, intents, and training phrases in German

Linguistic Quality & Localization

• Ensure linguistic consistency and natural language usage across AI conversations
• Support localization of AI interactions for German-speaking markets
• Identify and correct translation, grammar, and contextual errors in conversational outputs

Testing & Model Improvement

• Test chatbot and conversational AI responses to evaluate language performance
• Provide feedback to AI and engineering teams to improve language understanding and response quality
• Assist in improving intent recognition and conversation accuracy through iterative training

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with AI engineers, product managers, and linguists to enhance language capabilities
• Document training guidelines, linguistic rules, and language optimization strategies
• Support the creation of language datasets and knowledge resources for AI systems

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in German Language, Linguistics, Translation, or a related field
• 25 years of experience in German language training, translation, localization, or linguistic QA
• Fluent or native-level proficiency in German (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and contextual language usage
• Experience with AI training datasets, localization projects, or conversational AI platforms is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
