About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled German Language Trainer to deliver high-quality training to candidates preparing for international careers. The role focuses on building strong language proficiency across speaking, listening, reading, and writing, while preparing learners for real-world communication, interviews, and globally recognized certification exams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured German language training for levels A1 to B2
  • Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and all core language skills aligned with international standards
  • Design lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments
  • Track learner progress through tests, mock sessions, and continuous feedback
  • Build candidates confidence in spoken German for professional and daily communication
  • Prepare students for certification exams such as Goethe, TELC, and ÖSD
  • Customize teaching methodologies based on learner levels and needs
  • Maintain attendance, progress reports, and performance records
  • Support candidates with interview preparation and cultural orientation for Germany
  • Foster an engaging, interactive, and learner-centric classroom environment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
  • Certified in German language proficiency
  • Strong command of German (B2/C1 level or higher)
  • Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or language faculty
  • Good understanding of German certification frameworks and exam patterns
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to train both beginners and intermediate learners
Preferred Skills
  • Experience preparing students for Goethe / TELC / ÖSD exams
  • Ability to deliver interactive and practical learning experiences
  • Strong mentoring and student engagement skills
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools and digital platforms
  • Understanding of German culture, workplace communication, and etiquette
Experience
  • Min. 2 years of relevant teaching/training experience preferred
  • Freshers with strong German proficiency and teaching aptitude may also apply
