German Language Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site German Language Trainer position based in Dehradun. The German Language Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging language lessons to individuals or groups. Core tasks include developing lesson plans, evaluating learner progress, preparing instructional materials, and fostering an immersive language learning environment. The role may also involve identifying student learning needs and customizing teaching methodologies to meet their goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German (oral and written) and strong command of language teaching methodologies
• Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and instructional material preparation
• Ability to assess and track learner progress while providing constructive feedback
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in German, Education, or a related field; certification in teaching German (e.g., Goethe Institute or equivalent) is a plus
• Prior experience in language training is preferred
