Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experiencedGerman Language Trainerto join our team as a full-time employee. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured coaching from A1 to B2 levels, with plans to extend to C1. The ideal candidate will have prior experience coaching professionals and should be committed to structured teaching and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction for German language levels A1, A2, B1, and B2 within a 5-month timeframe.
- Progressively take on C1 level coaching as required.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Coach professionals preparing for academic or career transitions involving German language proficiency.
- During periods without lectures, assist with:
Content curation and development
Academic planning
Administrative or academic support at the assigned branch
Required Qualifications:
- Certification in German language (minimum B2; C1 preferred)
- Proven experience in coaching professionals for German language proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage class timelines effectively
Additional Notes:
- This is afull-time, on-site employee rolefreelancers will not be considered.
- Applicants must be open to working from Pimpri Branch (Maharashtra)
- A six-day working schedule (Monday to Saturday) is applicable. Time 10 am to 6 pm.
