Job Description

German Language expert

Must-Have**

• 3 to 6 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll

processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP,

Workday, or similar preferred)

• Fluency in German

• Good understanding of: German tax laws, Social security rules

• Collective agreements (Tarifverträge), Wage types and statutory

benefits

• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and

entering data.

• Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to

completion.

• Maintain employment records and individually handle HR

related queries.

• Attention to details and excellent analytical skills

• Ability to manage deadlines in a demanding environment

• Elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good-to-Have Multicountry Payroll exposure (US, Canada , UK, Switzerland ,

Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia etc)
