We are seeking a dedicated German Email & Chat Support representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our German-speaking customers through email and chat channels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and high-quality email and chat support to German-speaking customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • Proficiency in using email and chat support tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
