This is a full-time on-site position based in Mumbai for a Geriatric Business Associate Cum Consultant. The role involves building relationships with senior citizens, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions to suit their lifestyle. Responsibilities include providing consultations, delivering exceptional client service, coordinating health, emergency, and wellness support, and closely collaborating with internal teams to enhance services.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build meaningful relationships with senior citizens.
• Problem-solving, consulting, and the ability to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks, including health and wellness services.
• Understanding of geriatric care, healthcare systems, or senior living solutions is an advantage.
• Excellent time management and a proactive approach to work.
• Proficient in using technology, such as mobile apps and digital tools, to support service delivery.
• Prior experience in healthcare, senior services, or a related field is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
