GEP Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced GEP Consultant to support procurement transformation initiatives and implement GEP SMART solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement processes, sourcing, supplier management, and GEP platform configuration.

 Key Responsibilities

* Implement and configure GEP SMART modules based on business requirements.

* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

* Design and configure procurement workflows, approval processes, and integrations.

* Support sourcing, contract management, supplier onboarding, and procure-to-pay processes.

* Perform system testing, UAT support, and production deployments.

* Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

* Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

* Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.

 Required Skills

* Hands-on experience with GEP SMART platform.

* Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

* Experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract management.

* Knowledge of procurement integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

* Strong analytical and communication skills.

* Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
