Job Purpose: To execute fire safety activities during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with safety standards, conducting inspections, and supporting emergency response efforts
Job Responsibilities
Geopolitical Strategy Analyst
Shift Operations
Perform fire safety inspections during the shift to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Assist in the implementation of shiftlevel safety plans and procedures.
Document findings from inspections and report them to the Duty Shift Incharge.
Risk Mitigation
Identify fire hazards and implement immediate corrective actions as per standard protocols.
Support the enforcement of risk control measures during the shift.
Maintain logs of identified risks and the actions taken to address them.
Crisis And Emergency Response
Act as a first responder during fire emergencies, assisting in evacuation and containment efforts.
Operate fire safety equipment and ensure its proper use during incidents.
Provide updates on incident status to the Duty Shift Incharge.
Compliance And Documentation
Ensure adherence to fire safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate shiftlevel records.
Report noncompliance issues to the Duty Shift Incharge promptly.
Team Support
Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless execution of shift activities.
Participate in training sessions and mock drills to enhance personal and team readiness.
Assist new team members in understanding and implementing fire safety protocols.
Stakeholder Coordination
Communicate effectively with sitelevel teams to address operational safety concerns.
Assist contractors in performing equipment maintenance during shifts.

Responsibilities
Roles andResponsibilities:
Strategic Rolesand Responsibilities (Geopolitical Analysis)
- Monitoring and analysing the geopolitical events with respect to business interests.
- To focus on political, military, economic, social and information risk environments for long term business interests.
- To work closely with core members, VSHs and colleagues to identify, assess and mitigate operational risks.
- To provide advisory event notifications to assist organization's decision-making and relevant strategic programs.
- To analyze geopolitical issues relevant to business master-planning and operation.
- Analyzing risk incidents and performing Root Cause Analysis to identify future risks and suggesting controls to mitigate these.
Intelligence & Vigilance
- To conduct in-depth research and analysis to produce intelligence pertaining physical, cyber & reputational threats to company executives and assets.
- Collect, review, and analyze unrefined information from various sources, including open source and propriety data, to produce intelligence assessments and products that inform organizational decision-making.
- Conduct extensive research to identify trends, patterns, and potential threats focused on supply chain security risk assessments of regions, countries, and specific locations.
- Providing regular risk and other periodic reports and highlighting key risk factors.
Risk Management & Audit
- Develop methodologies for tracking, assessing, and scoring country-level risk conditions.
- Advising the business on any changes /updates on requirements from regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Master's degree and above, preferably in, Geopolitics, International Relations, Political Science, area specific studies, etc.
- Deep understanding of geopolitical issues, trends and drivers impacting business landscape
- Knowledge of deep-dive OSINT research techniques.
Experience
- Experience with interpreting and evaluating data to generate data-driven insight.
- A body of previously published work relevant to this role.
- Proven experience in relevant areas such as government, academia, think tank, etc.
Key Skills
- Ability to communicate with a high level of fluency and clarity in both writing and speech in English/ Hindi
- Flexible team player, with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong ethical foundation. Must be able to work with confidential information and maintain standards of integrity and professionalism. Maintain the ability to be apolitical and unbiased.
