Job Description
Role Description: As a Geography Optional Mentor, you will work 1-on-1 with UPSC aspirants to help them improve their preparation and answer-writing. You will guide students on strategy, review their answers, decode PYQs, identify trends, and help them strengthen content, diagrams, and presentation.
Qualifications:
* Must have appeared for the UPSC Interview in the last 5 years
* Strong command of Geography Optional content
* Good understanding of PYQs, trends, and question demands
* Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
* Strong communication and mentoring skills
* Passion for helping aspirants improve their performance
