Job Description

  • Plan and optimize radio networks to improve coverage and capacity performance across urban and rural areas.
  • Conduct site planning activities, including nominal planning, site selection, and survey validation.
  • Analyze coverage gaps and recommend corrective actions to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Coordinate with field teams for drive testing, data collection, and validation activities.
  • Develop and maintain coverage prediction models, clutter analysis, and capacity planning reports.
  • Support 5G rollout initiatives, including documentation, KPI tracking, and cluster optimization.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to regional and senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines and contribute to process optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct traffic forecasting and capacity planning to support future network requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and deployment teams.
