About Darwinbox
Darwinbox is a leading enterprise HCM platform, trusted by 1,100+ enterprises across 130+ countries to run the entire employee lifecycle, from hire to retire, on one unified, mobile-first, AI-led system. We are scaling fast across India and our international markets, and product marketing sits at the center of how we win.

About The Role
Darwinbox is looking for a Geo Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market charter for India and the Middle East, spanning India and the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and neighboring Gulf markets). This is a product marketing seat first: you own what Darwinbox says in your markets, and everything else the role touches (campaigns, enablement, events, deals) runs on the positioning and messaging you author. You are the single point of accountability for how Darwinbox shows up in your region: what we say, how we say it, who we say it to, and how sales is armed to win. The role sits at the intersection of sales, product, demand generation, and field marketing.

What You'll Own

  • Positioning and messaging for the region. Author the market narrative for India and the GCC: persona messaging for CHRO, CIO, and CFO buyers, competitive positioning against named incumbents, and the regional message architecture every other motion draws from. This is the core of the role; everything below runs on it.
  • Market intelligence and thought leadership. Be the company's expert on your markets. Track competitors, regulation, and buyer behaviour . Represent Darwinbox at regional HR tech events and translate market observations into external content and internal strategy.
  • Deal acceleration. Partner with sales on in-flight enterprise deals: competitive positioning, proof points, structured pitch decks, and bottom-funnel content that moves deals to close.
  • Sales and SDR enablement. Build the enablement engine for the region: pitch narratives, objection handling, market-specific messaging, and outbound plays. Measured by field confidence and adoption, not asset volume.
  • Integrated campaign strategy. Own the campaign architecture end to end: theme, audience, offer, channels, and measurement. Central teams enable you with your brief.
  • Pipeline contribution across owned channels. Co-own pipeline influence with the central demand team: demand strategy across digital, events, and social, with a shared number, channel mix, and campaign calendar.
  • Events messaging. Own what Darwinbox says at regional events: booth communication, keynote and session narratives, and speaker content. Field teams enablement plays according to your direction.

What Good Looks Like in Year One

  • The region's positioning and messaging stack built and in use: market narrative, persona messaging, and competitive cards, adopted by sales and visible in live deals.
  • A GTM strategy for the region that leadership signs off on.
  • Repeatable engines: a campaign motion and an enablement rhythm that run without you pushing every piece.
  • Measurable pipeline contribution from owned channels, with clean attribution.
  • A sales team that asks for your input on deals rather than routing around marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in core product marketing (positioning, messaging, and launches you personally authored) within 5-8 years of B2B SaaS experience. HR tech or enterprise software strongly preferred.
  • A portfolio of PMM artifacts. Positioning documents, messaging frameworks, launch narratives, competitive cards: work you wrote, not work you coordinated. You'll be asked to show one.
  • Strong writing and narrative skills: positioning documents, sales pitches, and campaign briefs built from scratch, without a template.
  • Evidence discipline. We market on verified stats, cleared references, and defensible claims. If you treat that as negotiable, this is not your team.
  • AI as working infrastructure. You use AI daily for drafting, competitive monitoring, and research synthesis, and can walk us through your actual workflow. Our GTM engine runs on an AI skills ecosystem; fluency is operational here, not aspirational. We'll ask.
  • A track record of being accountable to a pipeline number, as a shared goal alongside sales and demand teams.
  • Experience across multiple markets with distinct buyer cultures and maturity levels.
  • Comfort directing a central execution team: clear briefs, high quality bars, and no production work yourself.
  • Enterprise sales fluency: you understand how CXO buying committees behave and can build content that moves a specific deal.

Bonus Points For

  • Direct exposure to Middle East markets, or experience selling into GCC enterprise buyers.
  • HR tech, or enterprise SaaS domain depth with CHRO / CIO / CFO personas.
  • Familiarity with regional regulation, localization, and buyer nuances across India and the Gulf.

Why This Role

You will own an entire region's story and be measured on outcomes that matter: pipeline, deals won, and a field team that trusts marketing. It is a high-ownership seat with real leverage, direct access to leadership, and the runway to shape how Darwinbox grows across two of its most important geographies.
