Role Overview
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to support solution design and sales enablement efforts within our Healthcare Payer and Provider vertical, from India.
This role involves shaping automation- and AI-enabled solutions aligned to core payer workflows, including claims operations, member services, provider data, utilization management, and compliance.
The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of pre-sales experience, with exposure to payer and/or provider side processes and comfort using AI productivity tools, PowerPoint, and digital platforms for proposal development and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities: discovery input, solution alignment, proposal writing, and presentation creation
- Design automation-ready workflows using inputs from SMEs, delivery teams, and AI solution leads
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI copilots) to assist in research, content generation, and refining value propositions
- Develop clear, concise PowerPoint presentations tailored for payer business and technical audiences
- Map payer operations (e.g., claims, eligibility, enrollment, PA) to Genzeon's service and solution capabilities
- Contribute to RFPs, pitch decks, and internal use-case planning artifacts
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of total professional experience, with 1-2 years in pre-sales or healthcare solution consulting
- Exposure to U.S. payer/provider operations such as claims processing, provider management, utilization management, or enrollment
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, GenAI, automation design assistants, etc.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, including slide design and visual storytelling
- Basic awareness of payer tech stack and data flows (EDI, portals, integration layers)
- Digital fluencycomfortable supporting messaging across LinkedIn or modern collaboration platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to healthcare automation use cases like claims integrity, prior auth, payment accuracy, or member service optimization
- Understanding of payer compliance needs (HIPAA, CMS audits, data governance)
- Ability to contribute to solutioning in a team-based, iterative, and deadline-driven setting
