- Hands on generative AI creative tools (Firefly/GenStudio/Midjourney/Runway), and Adobe Creative Cloud fluency.
Skills Required
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design craft, a sharp eye for visual detail, and command of fundamentals like typography, composition, color, and hierarchy.
- Ability to work quickly without compromising creative quality.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI creative tools (Firefly, GenStudio, Midjourney, Runway, or comparable platforms).
- Fluency in Adobe Creative and Marketing Technology, including the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- An AI-first mindset and genuine excitement about how generative tools are reshaping creative production.
- Customer-facing or client-facing experience, with the ability to present work and partner directly with stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills across creative, business, and technical audiences.
- A high bar for quality and a sense of ownership over the work that goes out the door.
- Experience producing creative at volume, including variant production, brand systems, and multi-channel delivery.
- Background in performance marketing, digital advertising, or activation-focused creative work.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
