Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Genesys Cloud CX solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong consulting skills, deep knowledge of Genesys Cloud architecture, APIs, integrations, IVR design, routing strategies, and contact center transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and architecture discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Design and implement scalable solutions on Genesys Cloud CX.
- Configure Architect Flows, IVR, Routing, Queues, Skills, and Digital Channels.
- Design integrations using Genesys APIs, Data Actions, SDKs, and third-party systems.
- Define best practices for contact center modernization and migration initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams.
- Support solution reviews, client workshops, and architecture governance.
