Role: Genesys Cloud IVA Development

Experience Range: 4 – 2 Years

Location: Chennai/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata/NCR/Mumbai

Must Have:

• Strong expertise in IVR/IVA development using Genesys Cloud Architect tool
• Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including Genesys Architect (IVR) and Genesys Dialog Engine / IVA
• solid expertise in Conversational AI and NLU
• Proven capability in Salesforce and backend system integrations, leveraging REST APIs, secure authentication methods
• CX security best practices to deliver scalable, secure customer experience solutions..
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads

Good to Have:

• Salesforce integration Knowledge
• Intent model designing
