Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Innovation
- Define and execute Generative AI strategy aligned with PwC India's digital transformation goals.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI across industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into client solutions.
Solution Development & Delivery
- Architect and implement Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) using platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, and other enterprise AI frameworks.
- Lead design and deployment of AI-powered applications including chatbots, content generation, document summarization, and intelligent automation.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and ethical use of AI solutions.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage and mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate client requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI across PwC India's service lines.
Governance & Compliance
- Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards.
- Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for AI models to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 to 15 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies (LLMs, GPT, BERT, diffusion models).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise AI tools.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML Ops frameworks.
- Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms (Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty).
- Experience in delivering AI solutions for global clients.
- Exposure to industry-specific AI applications (finance, healthcare, supply chain)
