About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative Artist who operates at the intersection of creativity and AI systems. Unlike a traditional
concept artist role, this position focuses on production-driven generation of images, video, and AI-assisted elements based on real
project requirements.
You will be responsible for selecting the right models, crafting the right prompts, and orchestrating the right workflows to generate
high-quality outputs aligned with creative and production goals.
This role requires hands-on experience with both open-source and closed generative models, strong understanding of how different
systems interpret prompts, and the ability to adapt workflows based on output behavior, consistency requirements, and deployment
constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate production-ready AI assets (images, video, supporting visuals) using both commercial (e.g., Midjourney, Runway)
and open-source (e.g., Stable Diffusion, ControlNet) models.
- Evaluate and select models based on fidelity, prompt responsiveness, style control, consistency, and deployment constraints.
- Demonstrate expertise in model capabilities (structure vs. style, realism vs. stylization, literal vs. semantic interpretation) and
platform-specific prompting.
- Craft advanced text-to-image, image-to-image, inpainting/outpainting, image-to-video, stylization, and multi-pass generative
workflows.
- Utilize LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Local LLMs) to develop structured prompts, refine creative direction, automate
iteration, and curate final production deliverables.
- Collaborate with Technical/Creative Teams and stay current with new generative models.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in VFX, design, motion, concept art, or digital production.
- Proven hands-on experience using multiple generative AI platforms, both open and closed.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques, model conditioning strategies, style consistency workflows, and
multi-stage generation pipelines.
- Ability to analyze output differences across models and adjust prompting strategy accordingly.
- Experience integrating AI outputs into professional creative workflows.
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, mood, and cinematic language.
- Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Nuke, Blender, or similar.
- Comfort working in iterative, fast-moving production environments.
Strong Advantages
- Experience with node-based generative workflows (e.g., modular AI pipelines).
- Knowledge of LoRA usage, ControlNet workflows, style conditioning, or model customization.
- Familiarity with automation tools or workflow orchestration.
- Understanding of model limitations, bias, hallucination behavior, and consistency control.
- Experience working with LLM-assisted creative workflows.
- Exposure to dataset curation or lightweight model fine-tuning.
