Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Generative AI Trainer to deliver engaging and hands-on training sessions to corporate professionals, academic institutions, or internal teams. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of AI/ML concepts, hands-on expertise with Generative AI tools and frameworks (such as GPT, Stable Diffusion, etc.), and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying experience levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person training sessions on Generative AI concepts and tools in Pune.
• Design and customize training content, lab exercises, and assessments based on audience needs.
• Conduct hands-on sessions with tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, and others.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and GenAI technologies.
• Assist in course design and continuous improvement based on learner feedback.
• Support learners through Q&A, mentorship, and project reviews during training.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training content with industry expectations.
  
  

Required Skill Set

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised learning, deep learning).
• Expertise in Generative AI models: LLMs (like GPT-4), Diffusion Models, VAEs, GANs.
• Hands-on experience with tools/libraries:
• Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.)
• Transformers (Hugging Face)
• LangChain, LLMOps tools
• OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms
• Prompt Engineering best practices
• Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
  

Instructional Skills

• Proven experience as a technical trainer, corporate instructor, or academic faculty in AI/ML or related domains.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and deliver practical use cases.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Skilled at engaging participants, answering questions, and guiding project work.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Certification in AI/ML or Generative AI (e.g., from Coursera, edX, or university programs).
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 1+ year in Generative AI applications or teaching.
• Published work, GitHub projects, or blog contributions in AI/ML or GenAI (a plus).
