Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Generative AI Trainer for an remote role. The Generative AI Trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on generative AI applications, including developing learning resources, creating content, and conducting workshops or one-on-one sessions. The role involves conducting research to stay updated on advancements in AI, tailoring training to meet the client's unique needs, and collaborating with the team to enhance training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Generative AI technologies, including knowledge of foundational models like GPT or similar frameworks.
• Strong skills in training program development, instructional design, and delivering workshops or training sessions.
• Proficiency with Python, AI/ML development tools, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is highly preferred.
• Ability to research and stay updated with advancements in AI and machine learning to integrate into instructional content.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients to tailor training to their needs.
• Result-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly desirable.
