Generative AI Trainer / AI Trainer

The AI Trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on, application-oriented training on the latest Generative AI and Agentic AI tools to students, faculty, and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging workshops, bootcamps, and training sessions on modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.)

• Deliver training on Agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, multi-step reasoning, and workflow automation

• Demonstrate and guide learners in building AI agents and automated workflows using tools/frameworks such

as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, AutoGPT, or similar

• Design and develop structured learning content, including real-world use cases, assignments, and

assessments

• Train learners in prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and productivity enhancement

• Mentor students on live projects, including AI-based solutions and agent-driven applications

• Promote ethical, responsible, and policy-compliant use of AI technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience, with strong hands-on expertise in recent Generative AI tools

• Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI workflows, and tool integration

• Prior experience in teaching, training, or conducting workshops

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI training, curriculum design, or instructional development

• Relevant certifications in AI, Generative AI, or emerging technologies

• Familiarity with no-code/low-code AI and agent-building platforms (e.g., Flowise, Zapier AI, Make, etc.)
