Generative AI R&D Project Lead

We are hiring a Generative AI Research & Development Project Lead to work on cutting-edge solutions across LLMs, Agentic AI systems, and AI-powered platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of research, engineering, and deployment — ideal for someone who can translate advanced AI concepts into real-world systems.

Compensation- ₹9LPA – ₹16LPA

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead Generative AI research and development projects

•⁠ ⁠Design and implement LLM-based and agentic AI solutions

•⁠ ⁠Manage AI engineers, researchers, and project workflows

•⁠ ⁠Translate research ideas into production-ready AI systems

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal AI research and development teams

•⁠ ⁠Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements

•⁠ ⁠Manage project timelines, deliverables, and progress tracking

•⁠ ⁠Assist in planning, documentation, and reporting of AI R&D projects

Qualification Criteria

•⁠ ⁠M.Tech / MS(R) / MCA (1st Class or equivalent) in the appropriate discipline

OR

B.Tech / M.Sc. / Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (1st Class or equivalent) with 3 years of experience

•⁠ ⁠PhD in AI / Computer Science / Data Science or related field – Preferred

• Strong understanding of AI product development and research workflows

•⁠ ⁠Ability to lead multidisciplinary AI teams

•⁠ ⁠Experience working on innovative AI platforms or products
