Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Lead Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications using LLMs, RAG, and LangChain. The role involves leading end-to-end GenAI development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy GenAI applications using Python and cloud AI/ML services.
- Build RAG pipelines and integrate with frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph.
- Design microservices and RESTful APIs for scalable AI systems.
- Stay updated with the latest LLM and agentic AI advancements.
- Review code and maintain high software engineering standards.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Python development experience.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, LangChain ecosystem.
- Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with multi-agent systems and AI observability tools.
- Familiarity with Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Cloud Monitoring.
