Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Lead Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications using LLMs, RAG, and LangChain. The role involves leading end-to-end GenAI development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy GenAI applications using Python and cloud AI/ML services.
• Build RAG pipelines and integrate with frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph.
• Design microservices and RESTful APIs for scalable AI systems.
• Stay updated with the latest LLM and agentic AI advancements.
• Review code and maintain high software engineering standards.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, LangChain ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multi-agent systems and AI observability tools.
• Familiarity with Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Cloud Monitoring.
