Role Overview
We are looking for a Generative AI Technical Lead/Architect to drive design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in GenAI technologies along with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, NLP applications)
- Lead end-to-end AI solution development and technical strategy
- Mentor team members and ensure best engineering practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and deployment pipelines
Required Skills
- Experience with LLMs, LangChain, RAG, vector databases
- Strong Python and AI/ML ecosystem expertise
- Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS/GCP) preferred
- Solution architecture & technical leadership experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
