Generative AI Engineer

Dear Aspirants,

We are looking for a Gen AI Developer / AI Engineer who has hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Gen AI/LLM solutions.

Experience: 2–6 Years

Notice Period: Immediate–20 days preferred

Education – Mandatory - B.Tech/B.E. from IIT/NIT ,IIT only in CSE | ECE | Mathematics & Computing | CS & Business Systems | AI/ML | Robotics & Automation | AI & Data Science | IT

We will be considering profiles strictly based on the mandatory requirements, including IIT/NIT education, relevant branch, production Gen AI experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and deployment of Gen AI solutions, from requirement discovery through production.
• Design and develop solutions involving LLMs, RAG, document processing, AI agents, copilots and intelligent automation.
• Build scalable LLM/RAG architectures using vector databases and cloud platforms.
• Implement LLM evaluation, prompt/version management, guardrails, monitoring and observability.
• Optimise solutions for cost, latency, accuracy and reliability.
• Work directly with clients, stakeholders and product/technical teams to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of at least one 0-to-1 Gen AI project.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or Windsurf, while critically reviewing generated code.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on Python development.
• Proficiency in at least one of: TypeScript , Java, Go
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM application development.
• Production experience with at least one LLM-powered application/feature.
• Strong understanding of: RAG, Vector databases ,Prompt engineering, LLM evaluation ,AI agents / agentic workflows , API integration , System design
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector or equivalent.
• Understanding of cost, latency, scalability, observability and production reliability for Gen AI applications.
