Generative AI Engineer

About the Job As an AI Engineer, you will be involved in various aspects of the AI product lifecycle, from conducting research and analysis to implementing and refining AI models and algorithms. You will play a pivotal role in building intelligent systems, developing prompt strategies, and optimizing our AI products for maximum efficiency, accuracy, and user impact. The ideal candidate is passionate about artificial intelligence, has a solid foundation in computer science, and thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities AI Research • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and technologies, and identify opportunities to apply them to our products. • Conduct literature reviews and research to gain insights into state-of-the-art AI models and techniques. • Collaborate with senior AI Engineers to brainstorm, test and propose innovative AI solutions. Prompt Engineering & Custom GPT Development • Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve conversational interactions and user experience. • Develop Custom GPTs tailored to domain-specific needs, including prompt libraries, guardrails, and integrations with enterprise knowledge. • Conduct A/B testing, user studies, and performance evaluations to refine and optimize prompt strategies. • Establish and document best practices for prompt engineering across teams. AI Agent Development • Support the design and development of AI Agents that can autonomously plan, reason, and act across multi-step workflows. • Build and integrate APIs and tools for enabling GPT-based agents to interact with enterprise systems and third-party applications. • Implement monitoring and feedback loops to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant execution of agentic AI workflows. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align agent behavior with business processes, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

• 3+ years of overall software/AI development experience, with at least 1–2 years in Generative AI/LLMs

• Good knowledge of AI concepts and understanding of general use cases.

• Experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Custom GPT development.

• Exposure to AI Agent development or related frameworks is a strong plus.

• Experience with software development and testing.

• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, etc).

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, Graph databases.

• Experience working in Media & Entertainment industry is a strong plus.

• Self-directed, ability to work independently and research innovative solutions to technical and business problems.
