We are seeking experienced Sr. GenAI Engineers to join our team in developing and deploying advanced LLM solutions (RAG, multi-agent systems) for Fortune 500 clients.
Required Skills
- Sr. Engineer: 8+ years in ML models & systems.
- Staff Engineer: 10+ years in ML models & systems.
- 1+ year hands-on experience in LLMs and GenAI techniques (Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agents).
- Technical Expertise:
- Expert proficiency in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL (must-have).
- Understanding of Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud services for GenAI application building.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with business SMEs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Solution Development: Lead the design, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLM-based solutions using RAG, prompt engineering, and agent architectures.
- Code Quality: Maintain high-quality, efficient codebase in Python (LangChain/LangGraph) and SQL, emphasizing scalability and best practices.
- Cloud Deployment: Aid in deploying GenAI applications on cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS), ensuring optimization and robust CI/CD.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to define requirements and deliver impactful AI products.
- Leadership & Innovation: Provide technical mentorship and stay abreast of the latest LLM advancements to drive continuous improvement.
