About the role:
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 23 years of experience to help build and scale intelligent automation tools for enterprise use-cases. You will work on end-to-end development of AI systems from experimentation to production deployment and contribute to core engineering decisions as part of a small, fast-moving team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimizeLLM-powered features, agents, and APIs.
- Develop robustdata processing and extraction pipelinesfor unstructured documents.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and model evaluation frameworks.
- Contribute to backend and infrastructure components of ML systems.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to iterate rapidly on product features.
- Own prototypes from idea PoC production.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience inMachine Learning, GenAI, or ML Engineering.
- Strong proficiency inPythonand experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow or LLM frameworks.
- Hands-on work withLLM APIs, vector stores, RAG, or agentic frameworks.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals.
- Ability to ship fast in a startup environment with ownership and autonomy.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with OCR, PDF parsing, or unstructured text pipelines.
- Exposure to model fine-tuning or evaluation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Interest in enterprise automation or workflow engineering.
