Job Description

  1. We are hiring an AI Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Delhi, focused on fine-tuning and multi-agent systems.
  3. Requirements:
  4. - 2+ years of experience building AI/ML or LLM-powered systems.
  5. - Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, evaluation, retrieval, prompt engineering, and production AI workflows.
  6. - Experience designing or operating multi-agent systems, tool use, orchestration, and automated reasoning workflows.
  7. - Strong Python engineering skills and familiarity with model APIs, vector databases, and MLOps practices.
  8. - LegalTech experience is a strong plus.
  10. Responsibilities:
  11. - Build, evaluate, and improve AI systems for real-world product and workflow use cases.
  12. - Fine-tune and optimize models for task performance, reliability, and cost.
  13. - Design multi-agent workflows with tools, memory, routing, and guardrails.
  14. - Partner with engineering and product teams to ship maintainable AI features.
