Expectations From The Role:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in core Python Development for AI/ML projects
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Prompt Engineering
- Exposure to building large-scale AI/ML solutions.
- Lang-chain opensource framework knowledge good to have.
- Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django or Flask)
- Understand AI, ML, and NLP with Conversational and Language Expertise
- Must know different types of Prompt Engineering Techniques like N-Shot Zero/Few Shots, Chain of Thought Prompting (CoT), Knowledge Generation Prompting, Automatic Chain-of-Thought (Auto-CoT), Tree of Thought Prompting (ToT) etc.
- Knowledge about Prompt Templates using Lang-Chain Framework
- Knowledge about Prompt Engineering with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- Automated Prompt Engineering, Prompt Patterns, Orchestration/API knowledge etc.
- Evaluating and refining prompts involves assessing the quality and effectiveness.
- Strong Verbal, Written Communication Skills with Analytics and Problem-Solving.
- Having experience or knowledge of 1 or more Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google, or any) with any cloud certification or knowledge of Gen AI technologies.
- Proficiency in programming language would be an added advantage.

- Experience in working in Agile methodology.
